The
Grosvenor Center publishes a scholarly journal, Research in
Geographic
Education, that provides an outlet for significant research in a variety
of disciplines related to geographic education. In addition,
periodically,
items are published that reflect the mission of the Center. An example
is The First Assessment: Research
in Geographic Education, which was compiled from
conference proceedings and provides direction for research
in geographic education.

Another
example is the Path
Toward World Literacy materials, published
in 2001, that provide a scope and sequence matrix which utilizes the
national
standards
in geography and specifies the geographic content that students should
learn as they progress through the K - 12 curriculum.
