We have begun to compile links to worldwide professional entities that are either directly or indirectly associated with the effort to better understand, and/or reduce the impact of, flash flooding. Those links are provided, below, beginning with a general heading and then organized alphabetically by country -- countries with multiple links are provided separate headings and then their links are alphabetized within their section. All pages are in English, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, you will find the web page name followed by a colon. The name following the colon either indicates that the link is a "sub-page" within a hierarchy of pages, or is the name of the link within the page that you will need to click (e.g., Environmental Protection: Flood).
