The Department of Geography at Texas State offers the master of science (M.S.) degree, and the master of applied geography (MAGeo.) with specializations in resource and environmental studies, geographic information systems, land/area development and management, and geographic education. The department also offers the PhD in environmental geography, geographic education, or geographic information science.
