SPO's Mission

It is the mission of the Student Planning Organization to promote responsible and sustainable growth for the future. We strive to enhance our education thru public service and research to create further advancements in urban planning while strengthening the bond between Texas State University and the San Marcos community. SPO fosters a creative and interdisciplinary environment providing an outlet for students of all majors outside of the classroom.
