Geography Educators of the Metroplex (GEM) Dallas/Ft. Worth AreaAbout Geography Educators of the Metroplex is a grass roots organization composed of geographers, teachers, students, college faculty, and other community members working together to improve geographic knowledge and education in North Texas. ConferencesGEM hosts conferences every other year with the next conference scheduled for spring 2008. However, GeoTech in the Dallas/Ft.
