In order to ensure full consideration for entry in the Fall of 2024, applications including the application fee must be received by April 15, 2024. International students must submit all application materials by April 1, 2024.

Distance learning at Texas State
The M.A.Geo. in Geography (Geographic Education Concentration) program is offered 100% online. For information about distance learning at Texas State, please visit the Office of Distance and Extended Learning. International students, please visit the International Office to see information about graduate studies at Texas State as an international students.
Tuition and fees
For information about the tuition and fees, see graduate tuition rates. On campus fees (Bus, Medical Svs, Rec Sports and Student Center fees) are waived for students enrolled exclusively in internet courses, but an electronic Course Fee of $50 per hour is charged. Additional fees including late fees and installment fees may be charged. Please know that the tuition and fees are subject to change.
